Terms of Use

01What StrataLens is

StrataLens publishes a weekly media-analysis brief and operates PRISM, a tool that maps propaganda and framing techniques in text you submit and returns a 0–10 manipulation estimate. It is a media-literacy aid — not legal, financial, or professional advice.

02The analysis is an estimate, not a verdict

This is the most important term on the page. PRISM's manipulation index and technique tags are a model's estimate of persuasive pressure — they are not a ruling on whether a claim is true, and not an accusation against any author or outlet. Always check the frame and the facts yourself. You are responsible for how you use and share the output.

03Acceptable use

04Accounts & payment

05Intellectual property

The brief, the PRISM interface, and our methodology are ours. The text you submit stays yours — you grant us only the limited right to process it to return your analysis. You're free to quote and share your own results with attribution.

06Disclaimers & liability

StrataLens is provided “as is.” We work to be accurate and fair, but we don't warrant that the analysis is error-free or fit for any particular decision. To the extent the law allows, StrataLens is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service.

07Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. The “last updated” date below reflects the current version, and continued use after a change means you accept it.
